Short Biography

My passion for lifestyle medicine was ignited during an internship with the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization (ELMO) in Brussels. As a graduate student in the Biology Department of the University of Crete, I have further developed this passion. My certifications from ELMO and the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolomics in Chronic and Autoimmune Diseases underscore my commitment to this field. Driven by this passion, I am preparing to take exams to pursue a career as a medical doctor. Beyond my academic pursuits, I have a diverse range of interests and experiences. I work as a basketball referee, bringing teamwork and discipline to my approach. As a professional traditional Cretan dancer, I cherish my cultural heritage and the expression it brings. My dedication to health and fitness extends to my personal life, where I frequently compete in CrossFit competitions. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and cooking, playing guitar and Cretan Lyra, exploring new cultures, and cuisines. I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities in the dynamic field of lifestyle medicine.
